Day 1: Venice Marco Polo airport arrival, private transfer to Šmartno in the Goriška Brda region of Slovenia, including one or two wine cellar visits with tastings depending on the timing of your flight arrival. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Šmartno village.
Day 2: Full day private tour of the Vipava Valley, the Karst region and Goriška Brda, including two or three wine cellar visits with tastings. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Šmartno village.
Day 3: Full day private tour of the the Soča Valley, Kobarid and the Julian Alps, concluding in Lake Bled with an orientation tour and the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Lake Bled.
Day 4: Half day private tour of Triglav National Park including Bled Castle, the Vintgar Gorge and Lake Bohinj, afternoon at leisure. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Lake Bled.
Day 5: Half day private transfer to Plitvice. Further half day private guided walking tour of the Plitvice Lakes National Park. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Plitvice.
Day 6: Half day transfer to Mostar, further half day guided walk of Mostar old town and bridge. Overnight in your preferred hotel in Mostar.
Day 7: Full day private transfer to Dubrovnik or Cavtat on the Dubrovnik riviera including one wine cellar visit with tasting in either of the Mostar or Trebinje regions. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Dubrovnik or Cavtat.

Day 12: Half day private guided walking tour in Split including the old town and the Diocletian’s Palace, afternoon at leisure in Split. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Split.
Day 13: Full day private transfer to Motovun in the region of Istria, via the village of Hum for a short walking tour and some time at leisure, an orientation tour and the rest of the day at leisure in Motovun. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Motovun.
Day 14: Full day private tour of Croatian and Slovenian Istria including the old Venetian coastal town of Rovinj and two wine cellar visits with tastings. Overnight at your preferred hotel in Piran.
Day 15: Private transfer from Piran to Venice Marco Polo airport for your flight departure.
